Hello! Hello!
Well, day 1 of the new ROM on my rooted phone. So far, not so good. Damn. So what's wrong?
- It's not my expectations (some people reports going 2 days on one charge. I barely make it to half a day)
- It's "probably" not my device (I switched after week 1, so the odds of me getting two bad devices/batteries are slim to none).
- It's not my ROM/Kernel (I have one of the one's listed as best for battery).
- It's not my settings (no Wi-Fi, no gps, no widgets, low screen resolution).
So WTF is it??? The only thing left is one or many of the applications I have installed. Next step? Try to remove the Samsung apps with Titanium Backup, although I heard it could be risky. I'll keep posting on the XDA forums and hope to not be treated like too much of a noob and hope for some answers...
